Real Estate Advisor Match Requests are personally reviewed by Cherie Cross, REALTOR® (CA DRE #02083861), through Vista Sotheby’s International Realty, for the purpose of facilitating an introduction with a licensed real estate professional.
Based on your needs, location, and preferences, you may be introduced to a licensed real estate professional in the area where you are buying and/or selling.
Submitting a Real Estate Advisor Match Request does not create an agency or client relationship, guarantee representation, or guarantee a real estate transaction.
ELG does not guarantee the performance, availability, or suitability of any real estate advisor to whom you may be introduced.
You are under no obligation to work with any real estate advisor you are introduced to through a Real Estate Advisor Match.
Equestrian Lifestyle Guide itself does not receive referral fees or commissions.
However:
If you choose to work directly with Cherie Cross as your real estate advisor, compensation may occur through Vista Sotheby’s International Realty in accordance with applicable law.
If a Real Estate Advisor Match results in you choosing to work with another licensed real estate professional, a referral fee may be paid between the participating real estate brokerages in accordance with applicable law. Cherie Cross may receive compensation through Vista Sotheby’s International Realty in connection with that referral.
Referral fees, when applicable, are paid by the receiving brokerage and are not an added cost to you.
Nothing on this Site obligates you to work with any particular real estate advisor or brokerage.
We support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.
All Real Estate Advisor Matches are made without regard to any protected class, including but not limited to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
The Site and Real Estate Advisor Match are not intended to solicit business from individuals who are currently working with, or under a brokerage agreement or agency agreement with, another real estate professional.
If you already have representation, you should contact your existing real estate professional for advice and services.

With Real Estate Professionals: If you submit a Real Estate Advisor Match Request, your contact information and relevant details about your real estate needs may be shared with a licensed real estate professional for the purpose of facilitating the requested introduction.
Real Estate Advisor Network: Information provided in response to a Real Estate Advisor Network Invitation may be used and shared as reasonably necessary to evaluate and facilitate future referral opportunities.
With Service Providers: We may share information with service providers that help operate, maintain, or improve the Site, such as website hosting, form processing, email, or analytics providers, as necessary for them to provide those services.
When Required by Law: We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights or the security of the Site.
