Based on your needs, location, and preferences, you may be introduced to a licensed real estate professional in the area where you are buying or selling.
Submitting a request does not guarantee representation or a real estate transaction.
ELG does not guarantee the performance, availability, or suitability of any real estate professional to whom you may be introduced.
You are under no obligation to work with any agent introduced through this Site.
Equestrian Lifestyle Guide itself does not receive referral fees or commissions.
However:
If you choose to work directly with Cherie Cross as your real estate agent, compensation may occur through Vista Sotheby’s International Realty in accordance with state real estate laws.
If you are referred to another licensed real estate professional and choose to work with that agent, Cherie may receive a referral fee paid by that agent’s brokerage.
Referral fees, when applicable, are paid by the receiving brokerage and are not an added cost to you.
Nothing on this Site obligates you to work with any particular agent or brokerage.
We support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.
